Gift card purchase journey redesign

The online gift card purchase experience was outdated, as the sole UX designer on this project I was asked to look at the overall user experience. Analysing the available data and journeys, I decluttered the user flow, optimised the mobile journey and aligned the look and feel with the current branding. This resulted into a contribution of a 206% YoY uplift in gift card sales during the 2019 Christmas holiday period.
